DESCRIPTION A One bedroom apartment – Sleeps up to 2. WiFi Internet equipped with air conditioning in the Living area and Bedroom. Shared swimming pool and underground parking.

The aptly named Piscina Apartment is located in the centre of the village. It is a lovely apartment block that is quiet but just a few minutes walk from the front in Santa Luzia.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor overlooking the road into the Church square in the village. The swimming pool provides a place to relax, cool off, get some exercise or just chill and enjoy the sun. It is regularly cleaned and maintained and there are loungers for you to use.

BATHROOM The bathroom consists of a bath together with attached shower unit, toilet, wash basin and bidet. There is a hairdryer provided for guest use.

KITCHEN The apartment has a spacious, well stocked and equipped kitchen with hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, & microwave. Pots, pans, coffee making equipment, crockery and cutlery, all provided.

LIVING AREA The apartment has a spacious lounge/dining area fully equipped with satellite TV & DVD Player and Music centre.

TERRACE There is a large north facing private terrace with an outdoor table and chairs together with 2 sunloungers.

Equipment : Iron & ironing board, clothes horse & pegs, hair dryer. Lounger, chairs and table for the terrace. Roll out awning. A cooler box, beach umbrella and beach basket are provided for guest use.
