A One bedroom apartment with amazing views across the Ria Formosa Natural Park– Sleeps up to 2. WiFi Internet & equipped with Air Conditioning in Bedroom and Living area.

It is located in the eastern end of the village, close to and with views of the fishing huts used daily by the local Octopus fishermen. It is on the 2nd floor with a short climb up a gentle circular stairway. This is a large one bedroom apartment with a wonderful spacious feel to it. Recently re-designed by our in-house interior designer.

There is a bath and shower in a modern bathroom and a spacious bedroom that can be set up with two single beds or as one large king size bed. A small balcony off the bedroom has two small chairs for you to use.

The Living area has two settees a much loved rocking chair, and coffee tables and television. A small balcony where one can sit and enjoy the fine views to the south.

The kitchen area combines as a dining room. The oval window arrangement again provides wonderful vistas to the south. An ideal place to enjoy a morning breakfast. The modern kitchen is fully equiped.

In addition to this we have a designated rooftop balcony equipped with chairs, table and loungers for you to enjoy the magnificent 360 degree views and just relax and enjoy the wonderful weather we are blessed with in Santa Luzia. So come along and enjoy the romantic sunsets with a fine glass of Portuguese wine.

Equipment : Iron & ironing board, clothes horse & pegs, hair dryer. Lounger, chairs and table for the terrace. Roll out awning.

Linen/Towels/ Cleaning : Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.Beach towels can be provided(on request)to rent for a nominal charge.The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before and after your stay. (See our Health & Safety Section)
